Our aim is to reduce the stigma of men talking about their mental health. We want to empower men to speak up not man up.

02.

Create support networks

We want to create desperately needed support groups for men in the Glossop, Tameside, and Greater Manchester areas

03.

Raise money and awareness

10% of our product sales , go to Mentell UK, a national UK charity supporting men with their mental heath, the rest of our profits go to creating drop-in groups for men

One life lost to suicide is one too many

SALLY HALL

In April 2025, I lost my husband and best friend to poor mental health. Martin was a massive character with the biggest heart and was loved by everyone. I can’t even explain what me and the kids are going through right now.

We decided that we wanted to do something in Martin’s memory. We came up with all sorts, but then decided that me climbing a mountain or running a marathon isn’t our thing!!

The mental health services in the area are nothing but shocking.  Mentell (who are amazing by the way) have a session once a week in Glossop, which is brilliant, but I really think there needs to be more!

I know how hard it is to get help. I literally tried everything apart from stand on my head for Martin. Every time I thought I was getting somewhere another door was slammed.

I unfortunately can’t bring Martin back – I wish I could, but I can try and make a difference, even if it helps just one person, because one life lost to suicide is one too many.
